Why Terramar Destinations?

Terramar Destinations is headquartered in Los Cabos. We are neither a branch office nor franchise, and our focus and expertise is Los Cabos alone. Not only are we proud of over a decade of teamwork specializing in Groups and Incentives, we continue to be on top of our game with hands-on management and constant innovative growth. Our stability comes from a solid financial base, intelligent resource management, reinvestment into the company's future and detailed and caring service from a staff with years of experience working as a team. Terramar’s divisions include Marketing, Public Relations, Sales, Transportation, Traffic, Operations, Human Resources, Tour & Travel, Baja Outback, Style and Administration. Our 5,000 square-foot office facility and fresh food cafe houses Terramar’s 75 employees and the transportation base houses our large fleet of vehicles. We are now adding an additional 4,000 square feet, almost doubling our size by the Summer of 2005. Terramar also maintains a show-room for amenities and table decor (centerpieces, candles, tablecloths, etc.) & theme party props.

To constantly re-educate ourselves on Los Cabos as a destination and on Mexico as a whole, maintaining keen awareness of all new developments, political, tourism oriented or otherwise. Having licensed guides  of the Baja and Mexico. Going to MPI & SITE Mexico chapter meetings. Having an excellent relationship with the local community and by contracting Key consultants in the industry. Our new GM is VP of Education for SITE Mexico.

To provide the best value to our clients, considering the importance of each expenditure as it relates to the whole. To provide not only exceptional perceived value, but real value. We are able to contract volume rates which allows for better rates that we are able to in turn pass on to our clients. PERFORMANCE- At Terramar we are dedicated to superior customer satisfaction. All of our vehicles are; inspected daily, clean, comfortable, and driven by drivers who are trained in providing outstanding service. Safety is paramount at Terramar. Our staff maintains constant communications to ensure every client commitment is met and no detail forgotten. At Terramar we employ best performance practices, along with a five-point evaluation of all suppliers to ensure our clients receive outstanding service. These five check points are based on Operations, Technology, Quality, Financial, and most importantly Safety.

RELIABILITY
At Terramar a promise made is a promise kept! Our emphasis is on you and your guests. We are prompt in responding to client requests and all vehicles arrive 30 minutes prior to use. At Terramar we are dedicated to building a plan as well as working our plan. Our vendor management staff works with all suppliers to ensure their equipment is maintained properly and is operated in a safe manner.

Our many repeat clients and testimonial letters (which can be read on the web site) proves that one can count on Terramar to get the job done!! No matter how difficult the task may be we have the knowledge & connections in the area (La Paz to Los Cabos) to deliver what is asked for.  Our licensed guides, chapter involvement with SITE & MPI, ongoing tourism education courses, and hiring key consultants has made us no only understand our business but to operate it to perfection.

INOVATION
We use all the talents and resources of our staff and suppliers in providing creative and innovative programs, special events, activities, and tours. The use of exclusive venues and suppliers allows us to create a “program of a lifetime”for our group clients. Creativity is key and our prior hotel and catering back grounds keeps our standards high and hard work as part of the job. At Terramar, we have a STYLE department with dedicated resources who’s mission is to search and plan with you for that special gift, amenity or theme event. Our Tour and Travel staff  have developed arrival and departure processes which are rivaled in our destination.

Terramar has been successfully operating in the Los Cabos destination for the past 12 years, and we continue to grow in order to serve our clients demands…with a strong commitment to building from an exceptional core competency in knowing Los Cabos. COST EFFECTIVIENESS
At Terramar we understand price is always a measurement of our services. Cost effectiveness is a comparison of the relative expenditure to the services performed; therefore, we are focused on providing unparallel service. In order to provide the highest quality of service at the best prices we have pre negotiated rates and established credit with our preferred suppliers who have a solid history with us or that have been in business at least one year. We test them first and make sure they are operating with incentive quality standards. We will offer these suppliers first and if not available we will offer our second tier list just to be sure our groups are getting the best option available.  Our customer feedback reflects although price is important…client and guest satisfaction is more critical.
