Kim Clapham, founder of Terramar, has lived and worked in a variety of beach destinations in Mexico for almost 25 years, first coming to Los Cabos in 1984. Terramar was established in 1993 and has maintained a consistent growth curve over the years, with actual revenues totaling close to 100 times that of our first year in business.
Terramar has been an important founder in the development of groups and incentives in the area of Los Cabos. We were the first Group and Incentive-focused DMC (more than a ground handler) in the destination. We are proud of the educational base we have created for the DMC and transportation industry (four of the other DMC companies are owned by former Terramar employees, and as many transport suppliers as well).
Terramar is headquartered in Los Cabos. Not only are we proud of having almost 15 years of teamwork specializing in Groups and Incentives, but we continue to be on top of our game with hands-on management and constant innovative growth. Our stability comes from a solid financial base, intelligent resource management, reinvestment into the company's future and detailed and caring service from a staff with years of experience working as a team.
