I wanted to take a moment to sit down and thank you for the wonderful job you and your staff did on behalf of the Mack Medallion Club. This trip was a wonderful success and I could never have done it without your incredible staff. To begin with, I know that I contacted you repeatedly about the program. You were always patient, responded quickly and delivered the product exactly as I had wanted it. Your attention to detail is amazing and you are always calm.
Also, thank you so much for assigning Paco to our account. He was amazing – very efficient, personable and I could always count on him. When I saw Paco there, I knew that I didn’t have anything to worry about. Mali was delightful to have at the desk and always ready to help. Laura was also very efficient and a great asset. I enjoyed meeting Miriam and she was very helpful at our dine around restaurant.
The entire stay was perfect. All your staff was attentive and responded to our every need. I have now had two groups operate in Los Cabos and I would not hesitate to sell that program again and again. Please thank Paco, Miriam, Mali and Laura profusely for me. Los Cabos is a beautiful destination but your staff is what puts that destination above others.

Now that we are back to work in Michigan, and debriefing on the Hino program we just wanted to send a note to you to thank you for your dedication to our program’s success.
Michele – We are not sure how you do it all. With so many programs going on at once, you set us up for success with our client in a destination that was new to us. From changing recreation to lost passports, there was no question we had for which you did not have the answer. You and your staff have made Terramar truly the ‘go to’ DMC in Cabo. We can’t imagine executing this program without you!!
Antonio – We felt as if you were part of our team, not just a DMC that we were working with. Your countless hours of early mornings and late evenings contributed to the success of the events. You are very good at what you do and we would recommend you for future programs as our operations manager. You and your staff covered every detail and we (us and our guests) truly felt as though we were in great hands.

My family and I just returned from the whale watching trip that your company provides and I wanted to say a special thank you.
From the moment we all boarded the bus- we were in heaven. The service by your staff was impeccable and they seemed to anticipate our every need. (They even played our favorite music). Once we arrived at the hotel, we were given a detailed explanation of everything that we were going to be doing and what time and where.
The visit with the whales was by far more than I ever could have expected. The professionalism of the guide and his attention to the integrity of the environment and all of the amazing animals we visited was a powerful lesson for my children. I was simply breathless by the beauty of the whales, the island, the san dunes, and the countless other animals that we were able to witness.
I also highly recommend the hotel and the restaurant that we were taken to following the whale visit. In both places, the food was excellent and the service was 5 star. Even though both of these places were a bit rustic, they we spotless and very charming- your team has obviously done its research.
Please say a special thank you to Guillermo, Luis, and Augustine- they more than exceeded our expectations. We are hoping to make this an annual tradition and appreciate so much the opportunity to experience this phenomenon. Thanks a million

Liz Zarate has always been such a pleasure to work with – really enjoyed being able to work with her again on this program.
