Kim Clapham is the owner and founder of Terramar. Kim moved from British Columbia, Canada to Mexico almost 25 years ago and started Terramar in 1993 after many years in the travel and tour business.

Michael Freedman hails from southern California. Michael has over 20 years in the hospitality industry including travel directing and hotel management prior to working in the DMC field.

Brisa Lopez is a native of Chihuahua. Brisa has worked at Terramar for over 4 years starting as a sales manager for groups. She has been the head of Baja Outback for over 2 years.

Sergio Cantu is originally from Mexico City and has lived throughout Mexico. He has worked in hotel sales, public relations for a number of tour and travel companies and in DMCs.

Edson Contreras is originally from  the colonial city of Zacatecas in central Mexico. He has worked as a Groups and Convention Services Manager in a number of hotels in Mexico.

Lupita Lozano is from Guadalajara and lived and worked in Los Cabos for a decade. Lupita began her tourism career in the hotel business rising to management before shifting to Alaska Airlines as a Human Resources Manager and then to Terramar in Group Sales before becoming the head of Room Gifts.

Doris Franyutti is originally from Mexico City but has been living in Los Cabos and other parts of Mexico for over 15 years.
She has worked in the tourism and media industry for the past three years.
