Unveiling the Luxurious Future: Cabo's New Openings in 2024
Los Cabos, a gem of Mexico, is set to redefine luxury with the opening of six new high-end hotels between 2023 and 2024. These new additions will add a total of 900 rooms to the already impressive portfolio of luxury accommodations in the region. Let's take a closer look at these upcoming attractions.
St. Regis / Quivira Sunset Beach Development
The St. Regis brand is expanding its presence in Los Cabos with a new property at the luxury resort development Quivira. The resort will feature 120 luxury rooms and 60 residences. Known for its personal butler service and fantastic spa services, guests can look forward to an unparalleled experience. The resort is also home to an internationally-acclaimed Jack Nicklaus Signature golf course and a pristine 2.5-mile perfect beach, making it a top choice for travelers.
Four Seasons at Cabo del Sol
The Four Seasons Resort and Residences Cabo San Lucas at Cabo Del Sol is the brand’s second property in Los Cabos. The resort will feature 80 rooms, including 40 private residences. It will be situated along 50 oceanfront acres on the Sea of Cortez in the new Cove Club private beachfront community in the Cabo Del Sol development, offering some of the best snorkeling sites in the region.
Park Hyatt Cabo del Sol
Park Hyatt Los Cabos, originally scheduled to open in 2020, is now on track for an opening in 2024. The resort will feature 168 rooms and 28 residences, as well as a golf course, spa, and environmentally conscious design. The Park Hyatt Los Cabos will be located in the same development as the new Four Seasons Resort.
Grand Velas Boutique Los Cabos
The new Grand Velas Boutique Los Cabos will be the 3rd Velas Resorts property in the region. This all-inclusive adults-only boutique hotel will be located between Cabo San Lucas and San José del Cabo. The hotel will feature 80 large sea-view suites and a 3,000 sq. ft. penthouse. Other amenities will include a beachfront pool and a restaurant that focuses on locally caught fish and local produce.
Soho House
Soho House Beach Club is another new hotel headed to the Cabo Del Sol development. The property will be located on one of the area’s most scenic beaches. While not much is yet known about the property, other Soho properties are known for providing guests with down-to-earth luxury.
Amanvari / East Cape
Amanvari, set to open in 2025, will be Aman's first development in Mexico. Located in Baja's East Cape, Amanvari, which takes its name from the Sanskrit-derived words for “peace” and “water,” features a resort, private Aman Residences, multiple dining venues, Aman Spa, and its own stretch of white sand beach.
